Delivery is handled by our logistics partners, and the exact delivery cost for your order is calculated automatically at checkout based on the weight of your items and your delivery location — you will always see the shipping amount before you pay.
Domestic deliveries are handled by One World Logistics. Estimated delivery times run from the date your order is dispatched, not the date it is placed:

We ship internationally via UPS to: South Africa, Malawi, Zimbabwe, Namibia, Kenya, Tanzania, Mozambique, Botswana, Uganda, Mauritius, Ethiopia, Nigeria, Ghana and Rwanda.
Estimated international transit time is 5–10 business days from dispatch, depending on destination and customs clearance.
International shipping rates are set in US dollars and converted to Zambian Kwacha at the prevailing exchange rate when you check out. All orders are charged in Zambian Kwacha (ZMW).
Any import duties, taxes, or customs charges levied by the destination country are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the price shown at checkout.
Shipping is charged by weight and destination. The exact amount is calculated and displayed at checkout once you select your delivery location, before any payment is taken.
Orders are processed once payment has been confirmed. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are processed on the next business day.
You will receive an email confirmation when your order is placed, and we will keep you updated as its status changes. You can also view your orders at any time from your account.
Delivery timelines are estimates and may be affected by weather, road conditions, customs processing, or other circumstances outside our control.
